The Customer First Team will be your advocate and representative within the Eclipse organization for the entire customer experience. From the first reporting of a customer case through resolution and closure of each instance of a customer interaction, the Customer First Team has the primary responsibility for insuring that every interaction between Eclipse and you meets the highest standard of care.
As we open our Authorized Service Centers across the US and overseas, we will be able to bring a higher level of service to you. Currently there are Three Platinum Service Centers located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Chicago, Illinois and Istanbul, Turkey. We have also opened Gold Service Centers in Boca Raton, FL and Boca Raton, FL.
