Provide full range of administrative support to VP, Engineering including the management of complex schedules and coordinating meetings with internal and external parties utilizing multiple calendars. Coordinate travel schedules and arrangements, collect required travel documentation and prepare and process expense reports in accordance with established travel policy guidelines. Ensure the timely processing of expenses; prepare reports, spreadsheets and other business documents. Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks, e.g. faxing, copying and preparing shipping documents, coordinate office logistics and assist with meetings locally and offsite. Manage multiple projects and priorities and initiate follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments.
High-school diploma or GED
Excellent written communication skills. Some experience writing and/or proofreading in a professional context highly desirable.
Outstanding organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail.
Strong computer skills, a working concept of cloud computing a plus.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel strongly preferred.
