Human Resource Coordinator


Albuquerque, NM

Experience Required: 3-5 Years
Education Required: Associate's Degree

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day administration of the human resources functions and duties. The HR Coordinator carries out clerical responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: recruiting and on-boarding, benefits, and reporting (both internal and external) .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain critical and confidential reports detailing new hire information, benefit participation by plan and company census data
  • Assist with tracking/maintaining recruiting and staffing reports/metrics
  • Process pre-employment background checks and drug screens
  • Maintain current applicant information
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all level of the organization
  • Must maintain a strict adherence to confidentiality
  • Additional duties as necessary

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Demonstrated attention to detail a MUST
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while managing competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective oral and written communications

Preferred:

  • Associates Degree in business or a closely related field
  • Two (2) to Three (3) years or more of related Human Resources experience
  • Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry(ies) a plus
