Human Resource Coordinator
Albuquerque, NM

Education Required: Associate's Degree
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day administration of the human resources functions and duties. The HR Coordinator carries out clerical responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: recruiting and on-boarding, benefits, and reporting (both internal and external) .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain critical and confidential reports detailing new hire information, benefit participation by plan and company census data
- Assist with tracking/maintaining recruiting and staffing reports/metrics
- Process pre-employment background checks and drug screens
- Maintain current applicant information
- Ability to communicate with employees at all level of the organization
- Must maintain a strict adherence to confidentiality
- Additional duties as necessary
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Required:
- Demonstrated attention to detail a MUST
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while managing competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective oral and written communications
Preferred:
- Associates Degree in business or a closely related field
- Two (2) to Three (3) years or more of related Human Resources experience
- Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry(ies) a plus
