Our customer care unit is the advocate and representative for you into the Eclipse organization. They are responsible for the entire customer experience from first customer case through resolution and closure of each instance of a customer interaction. Customer care has the primary responsibility for insuring that every interaction between Eclipse and you meets a high standards-of-care.
