Did you know that your aircraft could talk? By using Eclipse Flight History Uploader in the Eclipse Customer Pages (link), you can take the information from your jet’s DSU and send it to an Eclipse engineer in under 30 minutes. Eclipse can diagnose your problem from afar and send any licensed A&P mechanic instructions on how to fix most aircraft problems.
Eclipse Platinum Service Centers are factory owned and can perform any service, modification, inspection, or repair that your Eclipse Jet requires.
Eclipse Gold Service Centers can perform inspections up to the 48 month / 1,200 hour and all warranty repair services, as well as any make any minor modification your jet requires.
Eclipse Silver Service Centers are factory preferred centers that have all of the computer diagnostic equipment necessary to get you back in the sky again.

The Customer First Team will be your advocate and representative within the Eclipse organization. We are responsible for the entire customer experience from the first reporting of a customer case through resolution and closure of each instance of a customer interaction. Customer Care has the primary responsibility for insuring that every interaction between Eclipse and you meets a high standard of care.
Our standard of care is driven by our goal to provide the customer with a single point of contact that greatly simplifies day-to-day customer aircraft management and the Owner / Operator concerns whether it is maintenance / upgrades, parts, or technical support.
Eclipse Aerospace strives to constantly improve our already industry-leading service performance. We are currently serving you from our three Platinum Service Centers located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Chicago, Illinois and Istanbul, Turkey. We also have Gold Service Centers located in Boca Raton, Florida, San Diego, California, and Friedrichshafen, Germany. New centers will be brought on line throughout 2013!
