Have you received an email from Eclipse Aerospace with the subject 'Eclipse Registration'?
If you have not received this email, then you did not complete the registration process or made an error while filling out your email address. The email from Eclipse is automatically generated by our system to the email address that you provided. If you have not received an email with the subject 'Eclipse Registration', please Register again.
Have you received an email from Eclipse Aerospace with the subject 'Eclipse Registration Acceptance'?
If you have not received the 'Eclipse Registration Acceptance' email, then please be patient. We want to make sure that the Customer Pages are used only by those who own, maintain, or manage an Eclipse. We'll be in contact with you shortly. You will receive a second email from Eclipse that will have a confirmation link in it. Until you click on that link, you will not be able to login to the Eclipse Customer Pages.
Have you clicked on the link in the 'Eclipse Registration Acceptance' email?
If you have received the 'Eclipse Registration Acceptance' email, open the email and click on the link within the email. If you click on that link, confirming your email address, your login will work properly.
Are you using the correct user name and password?
If you have clicked the link in the 'Eclipse Registration Acceptance' email and it still won't allow you to login, click on the 'Forgot User / Password' option. This will immediately deliver your user name and password to the email address that was used in registration. You will be able to confirm that you are indeed using the correct login.
